The Mission
Using a design inspired from Thingiverse.com, Nick set out to 3D print all the body parts needed to contruct this Raspberry Pi Game Emulator. We printed it on our in-class printers, and incorporated a Raspberry Pi 1 Model B, running Emulation Station, version 2.6.
Nick was able to create the circuits, wire and solder them, and connect everything to a rechargeable battery pack. The final configuration was programmed in Linux.
The system features a widescreen monitor, hacked from a car backup system ($16 on Amazon), Stereo audio, and joystick controls, all in a compact design.
